Which Retailer has the Best Baby Registry?

Which Retailer has the Best Baby Registry?

If you’re an expectant momma, you’ve probably put a lot of thought into what you’ll put on your baby registry, but have you thought about where you’ll create it?  Did you know that each retailer offers their own set of benefits for creating your registry with them?  If you’ve read any of my other posts, you probably already know that I love to save a buck.  But, I also love to save time and avoid unnecessary hassle as well.  When we were getting ready to create our baby registry, I spent a few solid hours scrolling through retailer websites on my phone to see where I could get the most bang for my buck (or should I say my friend’s and family’s buck).  Below is all my research, in one simple place so you can find the retailer that has the best baby registry for you!

  • 90 day returns

A Couple More Things

  • Don’t forget, you’re allowed to create more than one registry!
  • Add gifts you might want (but don’t truly need) after your baby shower.  That way, it will qualify for the completion discount if no one purchases it.
  • Don’t forget, you’re only going to have a newborn for a millisecond.  Things like sippy cups, baby spoons and bowls, and clothes in bigger sizes are always a good idea.
  • As far as my research goes (which includes calls to the stores) Target is the only retailer that will let you use the completion discount on diapers.   Go ahead and lots of diapers and wipes to your registry.  You can read more about how to save on diapers here!

Don’t forget to check out the simplified guide to creating your baby registry.  It can be super overwhelming and those stores make you feel like you have to have all this crazy stuff to raise your baby.  Not true.  I worked my way through a whole baby registry checklist offered by one of the retailers above and broke it down to the things we actually used in baby’s first year.  You can download the free checklist here!
